I got the hen to work on my psp3001 with 6.30 using sukkiri demo & promethus but everytime I turn it off, I have to do it all over again on restart. Is the there a way to keep from having to do this? Thanks for the help!!!!!

This guide will cover installing PRO or LME custom firmware on your PSP. Depending on your PSP model, you might need to install Infinity or cIPL to make it permanent on any PSP model. PRO and LME are custom firmware while Infinity and cIPL is a exploit to allow it to stay permanent. Follow the tab for installing temporary CFW on all models first, then download Infinity. Extract the contents and rename the standard folder to UPDATE. Copy the UPDATE folder to the GAME folder on the PSP memory card. Then Exit USB mode.

Yes but you will need to update to the required 6.xx firmware to install them. If you push through, I would recommend 6.39 PRO-B10 or 6.60 PRO-B10 as it includes a CIPL flasher that will make your firmware permanent

Ensure you downloaded the correct version for your PSP. If you installed a 6.60 CFW on 6.61 OFW you could potentially brick your device. If you are unsure, feel free to ask. Carelessness causes (metaphorical) fire.

My System Software is 3.52 M33-2. The thing is i can play The Sims Castaway, a CSO file but i cant play Naruto Akatsuki, the one that i downloaded from bit torrent. I changed it to a CSO but still. It says game could not be started (80020321)

Now, unlink you USB from the computer and turn on your PSP. Navigate to the memory stick and you should see the update.
